B L Seamon Corporation's HHS Events Management Resource Centre (EMRC) was designed to provide our customers with a better understanding of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Events Management Services Blanket Purchase Agreement, our company, service offerings under this contract, and ordering procedures.

BLS developed an information system infrastructure of automated tools, support, and services to streamline information dissemination, the procurement of events management services, and meeting planning functions while standardizing meeting costs.

Our system infrastructure encompasses four elements:

• Ordering System – BLS HHS Events Management System (EMS)
• Automated Events Management System – Fedmeetings.net
• Help Resources – BLS HHS Customer Support Centre (CSC) (accessible only through SSI Intranet)
• SSI Information – BLS HHS Events Management Resource Centre (EMRC)
